We talk to Professor of Health Systems at DCU, Anthony Staines, on last night’s updated government restrictions and their implications for sport.

Anthony speaks about close contacts, full training and whether the new measures will be effective or not. 

We are also joined by Meath Minor & U20 footballer Cian McBride. Cian is currently playing for AFL side Essendon in Australia. He speaks fondly about his time playing for Meath, his new life down under and his ambitions to make his AFL debut.
